Delivery Terms and Conditions

For Customers in Dhaka City:

• Payment Method: Cash on Delivery / Hand-to-Hand Delivery.
• Delivery Charge: A fee of BDT 50 will apply.
• Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 48 hours following order confirmation.
• Payment Procedure: The total amount for the product is to be paid directly to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

Note: If you decide not to accept the product, even when it matches the provided description and image, you are still obligated to pay the delivery charge of BDT 50 to the delivery personnel.

For Customers Outside Dhaka City:

• Courier Service: Orders will be dispatched via Janani Courier or SA Paribahan Courier Service.
• Advance Payment: An advance courier service charge of BDT 100 is required.
• Delivery Timeline: Following the payment of the courier charge, the product will be available for collection within 48 hours. The product price must be paid at the courier office upon receipt.

Note: If you opt not to receive the product, even if it aligns with the provided description and image, you are responsible for returning the product to our address. A courier charge of BDT 100 will apply for this return. We will process the necessary actions upon receipt of the returned product.
